The Keys to Hawaii membership provides digital access to exclusive information and resources related to travel planning in Hawaii. This includes but is not limited to travel tips, destination guides, promotional materials, and educational content.
Membership Duration and Renewal
Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and automatically renews annually unless canceled by the member. This membership will automatically renew each year unless you cancel before your renewal date. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, members must cancel before their renewal date.
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and selecting Cancel Membership.

No pro-rated or partial refunds will be issued once a renewal has been processed.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to the Keys to Hawaii membership, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website or notifying members directly.
Use of Membership
Members agree to use the membership for personal purposes only. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that a member is sharing their login or membership access with others, their membership will be terminated immediately without a refund. Unauthorized use or distribution of membership materials is also prohibited and may result in termination of membership without refund.
