This service is designed to support travel advisors who want expert Hawai’i guidance so they can confidently recommend the right islands, resorts, and overall direction for their clients while remaining fully in control of the booking and the client relationship.

so you can present options clearly and professionally with confidence to them.

This is a one-time advisory service for a single client inquiry. (up to 6 people and 2 rooms)
Once you purchase the consultation, you’ll complete an intake form with your client’s trip details, preferences, and any relevant constraints. The more details you can provide the better the results will be!
Based on that information, I will:
Review availability through the Hawaii suppliers I work with and trust
Recommend the best island or island combination for your client
Suggest resort options that align with their travel style and budget
Provide general planning guidance so you know what to quote and how to talk about it with confidence
- Suggest some activities you can recommend if activities are requested
To keep this service focused and manageable, it does NOT include:
- Booking travel or handling payments for your clients
Communicating directly with your client
Providing final pricing, doing revisions, or running multiple quotes
Weddings, room blocks, contracted group travel, or more than 6 people.
- Ongoing back-and-forth follow-up questions
- Detailed day-by-day itineraries or activity planning beyond suggested recommendations.
This consultation is for FIT (fully independent travel) only.
You remain the advisor of record and are responsible for quoting, booking, and all client communication.
This consultation covers one proposed trip direction, including island selection and resort recommendations based on the details submitted. Significant changes to dates, budget, or overall trip direction would require a new consultation.

This is a one-time, non-refundable advisory service.
This service is designed as a one-time consultation. Ongoing follow-up questions, additional revisions, or new trip scenarios beyond the original request are not included. This service provides advisory guidance only and does not replace full trip planning or booking services.
Turnaround time:
You can expect to receive your recommendations within 2 business days of submitting your completed form.
NOTE: I build my recommendations using the suppliers I actively work with in my own Hawai’i planning practice – primarily Pleasant Holidays, Travel Impressions (VAX), Classic Vacations, and Delta Vacations when applicable. I do not provide recommendations using Vacation Express or Expedia TAAP.
