Scope of Service
This service is a one-time advisory consultation with Rebecca Schwinn (The Hawaii Expert) designed to provide professional guidance and recommendations to travel advisors for a single client inquiry. The consultation includes expert direction related to island selection, resort recommendations, general planning insight, and supplier-based guidance only.
This service does not include booking travel, handling payments, issuing tickets, communicating directly with clients, or acting as the advisor of record. The purchasing travel advisor remains fully responsible for all quoting, booking, and client communication.
Definition of a Single Consultation
Each consultation applies to one client inquiry and one proposed trip direction, for up to six (6) travelers and a maximum of two (2) rooms. Significant changes to travel dates, budget, number of travelers, room count, or overall trip direction are considered a new inquiry and require a separate consultation purchase.
Advisory-Only Nature
All recommendations provided are advisory in nature and are based on the information submitted through the intake form and availability at the time of review. Final pricing, availability, supplier rules, and booking outcomes are not guaranteed and remain the responsibility of the travel advisor.
Exclusions
This service does not support weddings, room blocks, contracted group travel, events, or large group bookings. It does not include detailed day-by-day itineraries or activity planning beyond general suggestions. Ongoing follow-up questions, revisions, or additional research beyond the original request are not included.
Supplier Alignment
Recommendations are based on suppliers actively used in the consultant’s own Hawaii planning practice, including Pleasant Holidays, Travel Impressions (VAX), and Delta Vacations when applicable. Recommendations using Vacation Express or Expedia TAAP are not provided through this service.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for this consultation is up to two (2) business days from receipt of a fully completed intake form. Incomplete or unclear submissions may result in delays. Purchases on weekends can result in longer wait times.
Service Completion
The consultation is considered fulfilled once recommendations and guidance have been delivered to the purchasing travel advisor via email they provided. Delivery of recommendations constitutes completion of the service, regardless of booking outcome, client decision, or subsequent changes.
Professional Judgment
Recommendations are based on Rebecca’s (The Hawaii Expert) professional judgment and experience. Differences in opinion, preference, or approach do not constitute failure to deliver the service. Recommendations are based on professional judgment, experience, and the information provided at the time of review.
Non-Refundable Policy
All consultation services are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of booking outcome or client decision. Failure to submit the intake form, delayed submission, or decision not to use the consultation after purchase does not constitute grounds for a refund.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Rebecca (The Hawaii Expert) does not guarantee booking success, client conversion, pricing, availability, or revenue outcomes. Decisions made by the travel advisor or their client after recommendations are provided are outside of Rebecca’s control and responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
Rebecca Schwinn is not responsible for any booking errors, supplier changes, price fluctuations, availability issues, or client decisions made after recommendations are provided. The travel advisor remains solely responsible for quoting, booking, and managing the client relationship.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida in which Rebecca operates.
Modifications
The consultant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.

By purchasing the Hawaii Expert Consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
