RENOVATIONS:

Mauna Kea Beach Resort – A full $180-million renovation is now in the 2nd phase. Main Tower rooms are complete and open. Beach front Tower is now closed. Construction for 2nd phase is going to be the most intense of the renovation. Completion anticipated in August 2025 

Fairmont Orchid – A new lobby, new Coffee/Brew Bar and full renovation of the Fairmont Gold Lounge was completed in 2024.  Anticipating softgoods refresh in all the suites to start January 2025.
